The honest bits
No fine print games.
Do you write my content for me?
No — you bring the words and photos, and we make sure they actually reach customers. We schedule and publish what you've already got, and keep your Google listing, ads and search ranking on track. Want us to write copy too? That can be added on, but it's not part of the standard plan.
Is there a lock-in?
Three-month minimum, then month-to-month. No traps, cancel any time after that.
Who owns the work?
You do. Always. Every website, every account, every asset.
Do I also need a Care plan for upkeep?
No — every growth plan already includes hosting, security and upkeep. Care plans are only for people who want maintenance without the growth work.
On Growth+, do you run my social media and reply to comments?
On Growth+ we schedule your content to Facebook & Instagram and manage your Meta ad campaigns. Replying to comments and DMs — community management — stays with you, since it's your voice and your customers talking. Want us to handle that too? We can scope it as a separate add-on.
What if I need more than my plan?
Anything beyond your scope is billed at $175/hr — and always quoted before we start.
